  Downtown trauma volume means you see everything, which is great for experience. Management could communicate schedule changes better, but the people you work with make the hard shifts bearable.

  Pay and benefits start day one which is huge. But the rate expectations are brutal and the 10-hour shifts on your feet wear you down. Management is all about the metrics, not the people.
