  Closed Sundays is a real perk and the operator actually knows everyone's name. It's the most organized fast food I've worked. Pay is a bit better than competitors and they push leadership development.

  The clinical team is fantastic and you learn a ton. Staffing ratios get stretched thin on nights and the charting load is heavy. Differential pay helps but you earn every cent of it.
