  Standing register all shift and the area can get sketchy late at night with no security. Pay is barely above minimum and raises are rare. Some regulars are nice but I wouldn't recommend the overnight.

  Best benefits I've ever had and the culture really does feel mission-driven. Member service roles can be high-pressure with the call metrics, but leadership invests in your growth and certifications.

  Solid place to work overall. Management actually listens during huddles and the partner block program is real money once you vest. Breaks can get skipped on holiday weekends though.
